The year 1935 was coming to an end when three military uprisings in three different Brazilian capitals, tried to overthrow the government of Getúlio Vargas. The government of Getúlio was ruthless with the rebellious. Several of them were brutally tortured. In a few days the movement was entirely dominated and that was one of the first steps towards escalation of authoritarian Getúlio Vargas that would remain in power until 1945. 35 - The Power to Robbery, documenting every move of the communist insurgency and all stages of a complex process that has as protagonists, in addition to Getúlio Vargas, Luiz Carlos Prestes, Octavio Brand?o, Olga Benário, Gregory Bezerra, among other anti Giocondo Days -heroes of the communist utopia in Latin America.
