It's making its television debut here, and you shouldn't miss it. Filmmaker Judy Irving chronicles the story of Mark Bittner, a homeless San Franciscan whose life is transformed by his friendship with some decidedly non-native birds. It's not a sappy tale by any means, but expect your heart to melt a bit.
